Self-awareness means the essential qualities of distinguishing one’s feelings, emotions and being aware of one’s individuality. It is the ability of a person to know oneself. We as individuals are always comparing ourselves to others and find something nice about others.

Intelligence Quotient contributes to only about 20% to success in life whereas emotional intelligence contributes to about 80% to success in life.
